Starting August 5th the Gyppo Ale Mill will be open 7 days a week, as we are thrilled to have partnered up with the hawaiian food truck, Pineapple Express. Monday’s and Tuesday’s from 3-9PM, saunter on down to the Gyppo Ale Mill and enjoy a full menu of hawaiian food paired with one of twelve beers on tap. Don’t worry about the kiddos or teetotalers, we also will be serving all our other non-alcoholic beverages. The Pineapple Express is a Southern Humboldt food truck that has been fan nominated by the North Coast Journal for Best Food Cart in Humboldt County! Mondays and Tuesday just got a little more delicious.
