Call for auditions & performance, The Tortoise Versus The Hare: The Greatest Race

An audition will be held for the Missoula Children’s Theatre (MCT) production of The Tortoise Versus The Hare: The Greatest Race,  Monday, September 16th at Mateel Community Center, 59 Rusk Lane, Redway at 4:00 pm.

Those auditioning should arrive before 4:00 pm and plan to stay for the full two hours. Some of the cast members will be asked to stay for a rehearsal immediately following the audition. Approximately 50-60 roles are available for local students. All students, from kindergarten through 12th grade are encouraged to audition. No advance preparation is necessary. Most students will rehearse approximately 4 hours and 15 minutes each day, Monday through Friday.

The performances are scheduled for Saturday, September 21st, doors at 4:30 pm, curtain 5:00 pm and a second performance with doors open at 7:00 pm and curtain at 7:30.
