Southern Humboldt Royal Cannabis Company
Family Farm Vision
With the growth and acceptance of medical cannabis, many big money interests and corporate farms have entered our business. It’s good to have strong competition to drive production enhancements and force our growers to be closer to their customers. However, the SoHum RC co-op is dedicated to building a strong network of like-minded family farms that were long ago committed to delivering consistent medicinal products for prescription users; we aren’t just in it for profit, we’re driven by a bigger vision – that of helping folks who suffer from various chronic and frequently life-threatening illnesses. We’re looking for growers who want to make money while building a powerful legacy.
Our family farm is nestled in the foothills 2,500 feet above the Mattole River Valley in the King Range (highest peak; 4,091 feet) of Southern Humboldt County, California. The Mattole River is well-known for its pristine environmental conditions and its annual salmon spawning season. Our immediate area is well-known for its wild game and multiple animal species. Our well water is from pure and pristine underground acquifers. We’re adjacent to the Rockefeller (rain) Forest of Humboldt Redwoods State Park, the largest remaining contiguous old-growth coastal redwood (Sequoia sempervirens) forest in the world. Our farm typically experiences warm days and cool nights ... ideal growing conditions for premium cannabis buds.
