AEE, founded in 1979 as Alternative Energy Engineering, began with the goal of bringing renewable, non-polluting power to homes and businesses in our rugged foothills community in the northern California coastal redwood region. Over the years, our vision and scope have steadily expanded, together with the technological advances and rapid growth of the renewable energy industry itself.
We still operate our local retail outlet to serve walk-in customers here in our hometown. However, save for this one exception, we now sell exclusively to the trade, shipping products and providing expert technical support to renewable energy dealers, contractors and installers nationally and around the world.
