History
Lost Coast Properties has been serving Shelter Cove and adjacent areas since 1995. Melinda Rolff purchased the company in May of 2005 and is currently working hard to establish herself as the premier agent in the Cove.

The three full time staff are here to accommodate all your needs. They help coordinate meetings, set schedules, answer your calls when your agent is not available, and they are your personal couriers to ensure the timely processing and delivery of all your documents.
